Wish I could remember the recipe

I made this a long time ago and just found this picture in hidden away among the gigabytes of photos I have stored. I know it had a liquid salted caramel middle that oozed out when you cut into it. I also know that I could only eat a small piece at a time as it was so rich (in a good way)

I am now going to scour the Internet to find the recipe.
